About the Role
New CRM Campaign and Lifecycle Manager.
* Develop and manage journey maps and campaign calendars: Own the strategy and delivery of CRM communications across lifecycle and retention journeys.
* Create and execute communication journeys and campaigns: Includes copywriting, design, and targeting setup.
* Design and implement test plans: Responsible for A/B and multivariate testing, and summarizing learnings.
* Drive measurable improvements: Focus on retention and engagement metrics.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience: 3+ years in a similar CRM role.
* Education: University degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, or related fields.
* Technical Skills: CRM channel planning (email, SMS, in‑app, push), test design and execution, journey orchestration, personalization logic, dynamic content setup, audience segmentation, and QA of targeting logic.
* Collaboration: Ability to work with data and creative teams to translate insights into messaging.
* Technical Understanding: Knowledge of CRM data flows and integration points.
