Responsibilities
* Support with personal care, meal prep, and housekeeping while maintaining client dignity and independence.
* Assist with morning routines: getting out of bed, personal hygiene, continence care, dressing, and medication prompts.
* Ensure living space is comfortable and safe; perform light housekeeping as needed.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
* Communicate with clients and schedule next visits; ensure smooth handoffs.
* Follow rosters and tailor your schedule to availability and lifestyle; examples are provided as reference.
Example Schedules
* Example Schedule 1: Mon-Wed - 5 hours a day, Sat & Sun - 9 hours a day (33hrs per week)
* Example Schedule 2: Tues, Thurs, Sun - 6 hours a day (18hrs per week)
* Example Schedule 3: Tue - 4 hours a day, every second Saturday & Sunday - 10hrs per day (14hrs per week - over 2 weeks)
