We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. To provide comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the business, including recruitment, employee relations and training delivery.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively at all levels of seniority. The following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:
• 3rd level degree qualified ideally in HR or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or Generalist with a broad-based role covering recruitment, employee relations, training delivery etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority
