About:
A trusted financial services firm is seeking a financial services administrator to join their expanding team. Become part of a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to maintaining the highest standards in service delivery, compliance, and data accuracy.
The Role: what does the job involve?:
* Manage both digital and physical client documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
* Upload and maintain client information using CRM systems and shared drives.
* Complete and review client application forms on behalf of Advisers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Manage new business applications in pensions, investments, and life assurance from submission to policy issuance.
* Perform initial quality checks on new business cases and ensure all required documentation is in place.
* Liaise with advisors, clients, and third parties via email and phone to provide updates, resolve queries, and support case progression.
* Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with accessing provider platforms.
* Support ongoing project work and adapt to changing business needs.
* Ensure all tasks comply with regulatory requirements, including AML, KYC, and data protection obligations.
The Candidate:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.).
* Excellent attention to detail with a thorough and organised approach.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to develop new skills and undertake further training where necessary.
* Positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Previous experience in financial services or an administrative support role.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and regulatory environments (AML/KYC, Central Bank protocols)
* A track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing client relationships.
