Billing Administrator Job Description
As a Billing Administrator, you will play a key role in processing customer accounts and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external parties.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Communicate effectively with colleagues to provide exceptional service to customers
o Manage new customer and renewal accounts in a compliant, timely, and professional manner
o Ensure data accuracy on internal systems and smooth account processing
