The role involves managing a portfolio of client engagements, providing expert advice on tax matters, and building strong relationships with clients. A key aspect of the job is to identify and develop business opportunities that drive growth using the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage compliance and advisory work for clients.
* Provide expert advice on multidisciplinary projects.
* Build and nurture client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
* Liaise with clients, Revenue Authorities, and external stakeholders.
* Develop strong internal relationships and networks within the firm.
* Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements:
* AITI qualified with 2 years' relevant PQE.
* Good working knowledge of Corporation Tax in Ireland or Internationally.
* High level of technical competence with a desire for further development.
* Client-focused and commercially aware with a practical approach.
* Experience managing a compliance portfolio and delivering tax services.
* Excellent team leader and player, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Strong client relationship management and professional network leverage.
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
* Effective project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
