Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and vendors; act as primary point of contact.
Interface with suppliers and Keelings to ensure cost‑effective strategies.
Support procurement strategies and ensure alignment with company policy and contracts.
Lead meetings, tenders, negotiations and communication on behalf of the business.
Generate commercial reports, provide market insights and present to senior leadership when required.
Manage purchase order activities and maintain vendor database (contact info, pricing, contracts).
Skills & Knowledge (Essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a changing environment.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Fluent spoken English.
Own transport – role mainly based in St Margaret's, County Dublin.
Previous FMCG experience is advantageous.
