Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is seeking to hire a Hotel Duty Manager to join our successful team in hotel operations. The role involves working early and late shifts, including mid-week and weekends.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B supervisory roles
* Prior experience in a 5-star hotel
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Creative, engaging with team members and guests
* Adaptable and able to work under pressure
Key Duties:
* Assist in the smooth operation of the hotel and departments
* Ensure high levels of customer care
* Assist in staff rostering and daily briefings
* Maintain hygiene standards
* Implement and monitor customer feedback systems
* Support hotel operations across departments
* Maintain security and safety protocols
* Motivate and resolve staff issues promptly
* Participate in staff induction, recruitment, and training
* Lead and support meetings and events
* Oversee closing procedures and security
* Adhere to hotel rules, including hygiene, fire, and health & safety regulations
* Attend training sessions and respond to guest correspondence
