Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead a busy 4-star hotel in Ireland.
* This is a full-time position with varied shifts, requiring strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage food service and hospitality operations ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Lead and motivate a team, develop their skills and maintain effective staff management.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as a hotel manager or in a related role.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.
Work Schedule:
Varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
