Regulatory Policy VP ICAAP, RRP - Capital Markets, Dublin
The Regulatory Policy VP will play a key role in overseeing regulatory compliance and policy development within the banking sector.
Based in Dublin City Centre, this position requires a strategic mindset and expertise in accounting and finance to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, EBA/ECB EU Stress Tests).

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain regulatory policies in line with industry standards and local requirements such as ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, and EBA/ECB EU Stress Tests.
Advise senior management on regulatory developments and their impact on business strategies.
Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
Prepare and present regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and address inquiries or audits as required.
Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and assess their implications for the organisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed regulatory considerations into operational workflows.
Provide training and updates to staff on regulatory policies and best practices.
Profile
A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field within a Capital Markets / Investment Bank.
Ideally Accounting or Risk Qualified.
Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and policy development.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive approach to monitoring and adapting to regulatory changes.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment in Dublin.
Please note we do need individuals specifically coming from an Investment Bank or Capital Markets business.
Job Offer
A competitive salary in the range of €80,000 to €110,000 per annum.
