* Sourcing and ordering maintenance-related goods and materials
* Buiding supplier relationships and negotiating pricing
* Creating and processing purchase orders using PEMAC software
* Coordinating with maintenance and production teams
* Managing deliveries, stock control, and inventory systems

Maintaining accurate purchasing and stores records is also an essential aspect of this role. Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in procurement or stores coordination, and PEMAC system experience (prefered) are highly valued qualities.
