We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Data Entry executive for our client based in Ratchoole. The role will be responsible for Sales order processing within a busy Warehouse Operations team.
The role:
* Process customer orders onto the Company inhouse system.
* Provide support to the sales team quotations/samples
* Customer payments
* Liaising with the Warehouse staff regarding deliveries/collections/stock levels and samples
* Office duties to include greeting customers, answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, sort and distribute daily post/deliveries. Undertaking general administration/reception duties as they arise
* Maintaining and consistently demonstrating a good working knowledge of processes, practices, and procedures
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2/3 years previous experience within an administration role, along with data input experience - is preferred
* Experience using Microsoft office
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues and good customer service skills
* Computer literate with good keyboard skills
* A good multitasker with the ability to prioritise daily tasks
* To work well under pressure as an individual and in a group setting
Salary:
* 29,000/year
