This role focuses on supporting key digital agencies and guiding them to ensure their clients achieve fantastic results on one of the world's most innovative social media platforms.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Digital Agency Consultant, you'll receive focused training to become an expert in the platform's ad solutions and agency best practices. Your primary responsibilities will be supporting the growth and success of our Swedish agency partners.
* Agency Support & Education: Assist in managing relationships with new and existing Digital Marketing Agencies, providing education and guidance to ensure their advertisers are set up for success on the platform.
* Performance Analysis: Learn to analyze campaign performance data, spot trends, and translate these insights into clear, actionable recommendations for agency partners to improve key metrics (like ROAS and CPA).
* New Business Insight: Support the team's efforts in identifying and researching potential new agency partners, helping to articulate the platform's unique value proposition.
* Product Expertise: Quickly become knowledgeable about the platform's ad products, communicating new features and updates to agency contacts.
* Relationship Building: Develop excellent professional communication skills as you serve as a supportive and proactive point of contact for agency partners.
* Target Achievement: Work toward achievable individual and team KPIs, gaining essential experience in a commercial, goal-oriented environment.
What You'll Bring
* Swedish Fluency (Essential): Must be a fluent speaker of Swedish (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with partners in the relevant market.
* Education: A recent university degree (within the last 1-3 years) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Digital Aptitude: A strong interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and advertising technology.
* Analytical Mindset: A logical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to use data to inform decisions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to professionally engage external agency partners.
* Drive & Motivation: Highly motivated, self-reliant, and eager to learn quickly in a commercial, target-driven team environment.
