ICT Services is currently seeking aService Desk Agent.
This is an excellent entry-level position with strongpotential for growth. This role is required by our customer, a leading European company that delivers top-tier cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dundrum, Dublin.
It is a daily-rate contract position for an initial 6-month term with extension.
Requirements: Passionate about IT servicesStrong Customer Service skills or Communications skills.IT qualifications — CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Network +/ MD100/ MS900, or any other relevant IT certification.Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with an ability and aptitude to learn, develop and grow with the company.Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 remote and desk side support services to end users.Troubleshoot PC-related problems either via phone, remote tools or desk-side support.Complete incidents and requests with SLA in pressurised environment.Provide remote IT Support to users, supporting a windows and office 365 environment.Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client help desk.Works collaboratively in a team environment.
