Salary - 42,000 Yearly

Responsibilities
Review and update all BCM artefacts (e.g., templates, process, BIA’s, contact listings, etc) against current guidelines and regulation as required.
Maintain up-to-date and relevant content on the internal web page.
Review, update and/or create learning material as required.
Plan and deliver engaging training to key stakeholders.
Support the development and planning of key BCM scenario exercises to stress‑test plans.
Facilitate, record and report on exercises carried out, including scenario test exercises, call‑out tests, and alternative seat allocation planning.
Assist in the review of Crisis and Incident Management Plans, in addition to coordinating and tracking the testing of the Plan.
Monitor global events for potential risks from a business continuity perspective.
Propose new standards, activities, templates, procedures, etc., to improve the BCM programme and contribute to continuous improvement.
Flex across disciplines within the wider Operational Team; develop a breadth of skills and provide coverage when required.
Requirements
Essential –
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business continuity, incident management, business assurance, and/or risk management type role.
Strong working knowledge of the retail banking sector.
Effective analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills; able to overcome obstacles methodically.
Capable of developing strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, including presentations, reporting and strong interpersonal skills.
