Job Overview
Our practice is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day direction and workforce planning for the team. Key responsibilities include managing a team of bookkeepers/accountants, overseeing client schedules and deadlines, training and developing team members, and managing key client relationships.
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing teams and scheduling work would be beneficial
* Chartered Accountant qualification an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
