The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our expanding IT Team! As we embark on an exciting 12‑month ERP upgrade project, we need your expertise to provide exceptional support across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage software and hardware support tickets from inception to resolution.
Track and manage support tickets via Zendesk.
Lead and coordinate specific IT projects, ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate closely with third‑party providers to enhance our IT infrastructure.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in both on‑site and remote IT support, adept at diagnosing and resolving issues quickly.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and Windows Server Active Directory.
Familiarity with ERP (SAP) system administration (a plus).
Strong understanding of identity and access management, including MFA and least‑privilege principles.
Experience in managing internal IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, and endpoint devices.
Practical knowledge in IT security controls, patching, vulnerability management, and backups.
Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
