We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly person with a positive attitude to join our team as a receptionist/ Adminstrator in a busy Medical Centre in Mount Joy Street, Dublin 7. Must have experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience as a medical receptionist (Socrates Software skills very beneficial) or professional front of house position, will have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone, and will be keen to learn a wide range of new skills in a challenging healthcare environment.
As stated, experience with the Socrates Practice Management Software is a benefit. The successful applicant will be proficient in the Windows suite and will have typing skills of 40wpm. Experience handling multiple phone lines is required, and discretion and compassion are essential when dealing with patients.
The position is available immediately and salary is very competitive and commensurate with skills and experience.
