Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00

Job Summary
This customer-facing role involves maintaining regular contact with existing customers to take repeat orders, ensuring accurate order processing, and providing outstanding follow-up support.
The ideal candidate will have super communication skills, a strong focus on accuracy, and a commitment to excellent service to ensure our customers return again and again.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact 50 / 60 existing customers per day by phone to take and confirm repeat label orders
Accurately input order details into our system, ensuring product specs, quantities and delivery requirements are correct
Liaise with production and dispatch to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Follow up with customers post-delivery to confirm satisfaction and address any issues
Respond promptly and professionally to any customer queries regarding products, lead times, or order status
Develop strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and long-term repeat business
Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of orders and ensure satisfaction with service
Keep detailed and organised records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or order processing role
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in data entry and experience using CRM or order processing systems
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
A customer-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
Desirable
Experience working with repeat order processes or in a call-based environment
Compensation
On target earnings of €34,000
Basic Salary €28,000 per annum plus monthly performance related bonus plan in place once candidate has successfully completed their initial probationary period
