This is an exciting opportunity for service engineers to transition into the medical field service sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of medical laboratory diagnostics systems.
The role involves working with a range of sophisticated medical equipment, including pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments. The ideal candidate will have a competent background in customer-facing field service engineering and a qualification in engineering or a science-based subject.

About the Job
The Junior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:
* Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of medical laboratory diagnostics systems
* Supporting clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products located at customer sites
The successful applicant will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
* A competent background in customer-facing field service engineering
* A qualification in engineering or a science-based subject (minimum ONC level, City & Guilds or NVQ)
You will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
