Head of Commercial Strategy & Insights

Force Executive is proud to be supporting our client in the search for a Head of Commercial Strategy & Insights/ Commercial Effectiveness. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance and market competitiveness through data-driven insights, strategic direction, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, build commercial capability across the business, and work closely with senior stakeholders at local, regional, and global level.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver commercial strategies informed by analytics and insights
* Lead performance management, including sales tracking, benchmarking, and KPI reporting
* Introduce and embed best-in-class business analytics practices
* Drive launch readiness to ensure successful product and brand roll-outs
* Strengthen commercial teams' capability in market insights and decision-making
* Lead performance reviews, planning cycles, and incentive schemes
* Manage complex, high-impact projects across commercial effectiveness
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong background in business analytics
* Proven track record in defining and implementing commercial strategies
* Experience leading within commercial effectiveness, strategy, or operations
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and operational efficiency
* Experience delivering high-complexity projects
Desirable
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
* Leadership of diverse teams across functions
