About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage client data within our core banking system. This role is responsible for accurate setup and maintenance of clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain client accounts in our core banking system
* Support process enhancement and development of client management
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
* Provide regular updates on client status and progress tracking
* Maintain a consistent and high-quality client experience throughout the process
* University degree in finance or economics
* Strong customer focus and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge of MS-Office applications

* High level of organization and accuracy required
