About the Company:
A leading Irish food production company, supplying premium ingredients to food manufacturers, foodservice operators, and industrial customers across the EU.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow B2B sales for beef stock products across EU markets
Identify and build new customer relationships in manufacturing, foodservice, and retail supply chains
Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention, repeat business, and growth
Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and technical requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience selling culinary bases / related food ingredients
Knowledge of EU food manufacturing, ingredients, or B2B foodservice markets
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Existing network of relevant buyers/decision-makers in EU markets preferred
Full driver's license; willingness to travel across EU markets; fluency in English (additional EU languages advantageous)
