In response to business growth they're creating this
Junior Sous Chef
position as an additional support to the head chef and senior sous chef.
Doubtless our client would appreciate applications from chefs with prior experience at junior sous chef level.
Nevertheless they are taking a pragmatic approach to this appointment and with that in mind have given us the freedom to give serious consideration to chefs whose most senior role in the kitchen, to date, has been at Chef de Partie level.
However they do have a strong preference for chefs with a strong pedigree in Hotel kitchens, ideally kitchens with a similar mix of business to theirs.
If you are already familiar with this part of Ireland you'll be aware that it is known as the sunny Southeast and this Hotel occupies one of the better pieces of real estate in the area.

We believe that the quality of this business recommends it to chefs with previous experience at sous chef level and if you have only worked to Chef De Partie level this represents a superb opportunity to further your career in a more senior role.

Responsibilities
Provide additional support to the head chef and senior sous chef.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience at junior sous chef level, or similar seniority, with a strong pedigree in hotel kitchens.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in hotel kitchens and in a business mix similar to the hotel's operation.
Applications from candidates whose most senior kitchen role to date has been Chef de Partie will be considered.
