Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Engineering department, providing administrative and coordination support to facilitate effective communication and training management.
This position involves managing day-to-day administrative duties within the Engineering department to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage requisitions and purchase orders related to engineering projects.
* Oversee the issuance, tracking, and retention of engineering documents.
* Maintain and organize the QA Document Room.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and adhoc meeting requests.
* Coordinate training schedules and maintain training records for the Engineering department.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
* Leaving Certificate (or equivalent secondary education qualification).
* Diploma or certificate in Engineering Technology, Quality Assurance, or Document Control is highly desirable.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with document management systems and electronic quality management systems.
Training or certification in Quality Management Systems is an advantage.
