Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily operations and administration
* Overseeing human resources management and providing leadership to staff
* Implementing and reviewing operational policies and procedures
* Ensuring compliance with relevant codes of practice and ethics
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 4 years' experience in a senior coordination or management role in a similar organisation
* Experience in staff management and leadership
* Track record of implementing strategic and operational plans
* Level 8 qualification or above in a relevant discipline (e.g., Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, Healthcare discipline, Community Development, Social Care)
* Recognised qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, accredited with IACP, IAHIP, or equivalent
