Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator
This position oversees the entire transaction lifecycle from inception to completion. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders.
* Manage a team and provide support through advising, coaching, and guiding.
* Oversee transactions from start to finish, including LOI, Lease, and SPA review from an accounting and tax perspective.
* Ensure cash availability for acquisitions on time in the right account, liaise with Security Trustee and Capital Markets Team.
* Perform day 1 accounting assessments and set-up on accounting systems, managing technical teams for required inputs.
* Prepare handover documents for operational finance teams and schedule meetings.
* Manage data tape coordination with Legal, Technical, and Capital Markets to ensure optimum data levels.
* Oversee statutory audits (Interim and Final) to ensure all stakeholders meet timelines, being the central point of contact.
* Allocate internal responsibility for PBC lists and queries, ensuring auditors adhere to timelines for work and financial statement comments.
* Respond to allocated queries/PBC from Fund Admin in a timely manner.
* Manage Irish and foreign tax compliance annually, including TP reviews, Indian tax filing requirements, and lessee interactions.
* Oversee third-party provision of regulatory reporting (e.g. CIMA, FATCA, CRS, FAR).
* Review and manage monthly external debt reporting across various facilities.
* Assist in designing accounting policies as required.
* Participate in system upgrades and new loan documentation reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified Chartered Accountant with industry or practice experience and 4+ years PQE.
* Experience managing small teams and working through complex accounting issues.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to communicate effectively.
* Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as needed.
* Team player with willingness to travel if required.
* Ability to work under deadlines in fast-paced environments.
