Director, RevOps Strategic Transformation & Programs Office page is loaded## Director, RevOps Strategic Transformation & Programs Officeremote type: Hybrid (8 days/month)locations: IRL - Dublin: IRL-Dublin-Le Pole House-Ship Street Greattime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R*******We are looking for an exceptional Director to join our Global Revenue Operations Leadership team to run and manage the RevOps Strategic Transformation and Programs office.This role will partner directly with the SVP of Global Revenue operations leader to operationalize and drive impact around 3 key areas:Managing and driving strategic projects inside of the Global Revenue Operations Organization Building and Driving global best practice adoptions in the wider Revenue Operations organization and Revenue Operation cadence and standards Owning and building next generation of global Sales Productivity / Sales Excellence strategy to drive scalable and predictable growthThis is an opportunity to be at the heart of the company's productivity agenda in a fast-paced, multicultural environment that cares about meaningful work, with good people in a good environment, all whilst being fairly rewarded for it.This role will be just as much a thought leadership role as it will manage people with PMO and Productivity remits within the Revenue Operations team.
**Responsibilities**1.

**Be a Trusted Business Partner to the Executive Leadership Team:** Be the subject matter expert on talent needs & areas of focus, advising leadership on productivity strategy direction based on internal data insights as well as competitor & industry trends; Demonstrate a clear bias to action, constantly striving for improved business performance.3.
**Best-in-class Program Management**: Design and deliver end-to-end programs across managerial development, talent flows & sales productivity that will successfully enable our Sales Teams to ramp, grow and deliver at pace.
Ensure that all programs are underpinned by best practice project management tools and processes across status updates, KPI tracking and benefit realisation.4.
**Strategic Planning**: Align with the Sales Leadership on the overall business strategy, creating programs based on strategic direction of the business & use data to make informed decisions.5.
**Executive Communication**: Regular reporting (both written & verbal) to Senior Leadership and partnering teams on the progression of programs & productivity insights; influencing to gain buy-in of stakeholders.6.
**Collaborate & align with a matrix of stakeholders:** Work with a large group of senior stakeholders to align vision, create consistency and scale programs across a number of business functions.
**Required Skills/Experience:*** 10 years+ of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of expectations* End-to-End Program/Project Management experience is a must have* Talent Management or Learning and Development experience preferable* Professional Program / Project Management certification required* Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented and resourceful* Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment* Strong executive presence is a must.
