Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure smooth project execution
Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety requirements
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and productivity
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site issues promptly
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients on project matters
Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and work progress updates
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety regulations
Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines
Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and safety briefings
Monitor material delivery and usage on site
Assist in resolving site coordination and construction-related issues
Mentor and guide junior supervisors and workers when required
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience
Experience handling structural, architectural, or A&A works preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and safety regulations
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Good leadership and manpower management skills
Familiar with BCA and MOM safety requirements
Possess good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, proactive, and committed to project completion
