As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging instructional materials using a range of delivery methods and tools. You will work closely with subject matter experts and learning performance managers to identify performance gaps and learning objectives aligned with target business outcomes.
* You will apply your knowledge of learning science, cognitive psychology, and instructional design models to create effective learning solutions for a diverse audience.
* Your expertise will also involve testing and troubleshooting content to ensure cross-platform compatibility and compliance with relevant standards.
Evaluating Success:
The success of this role will be measured by the efficiency of the design process, quality and effectiveness of created content, as well as learner feedback and engagement metrics.
