The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of experience in hospitality management and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, front of house, events, and guest services.
* Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and training to ensure high service standards.
* Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for guest safety, hygiene, and satisfaction.
