The Galway team plays a key role in European operations, offering a dynamic, supportive environment where ideas are welcomed and continuous improvement is actively encouraged.This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a European Customer Services team, acting as a key point of contact for customers and distributors across Europe.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customers and key distributors across EuropeProcess customer orders accurately via the CRM system (email, phone, fax, and online)Proactively communicate with customers on order status, queries, and updatesReview and manage open customer orders on a daily basisInvestigate and resolve order processing issues, working cross-functionally where requiredHandle email, fax, and telephone enquiries related to pricing, inventory, delivery, and general queriesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data within SAP and other systemsMaintain and update customer account information and communicate changes to the sales teamStay informed on products, inventory levels, promotions, and special requirementsEscalate issues and potential risks to the Customer Services Team LeadSupport continuous improvement initiatives and share ideas across the teamLiaise with warehouse and supply chain teams regarding inventory and escalationsPrepare customer and internal reports as requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersComply with Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirementsCarry out all duties in line with company policies and proceduresDemonstrate professional behavior at all timesUndertake additional duties and projects as assigned.RequirementsFluent Dutch speaker (essential)Strong customer-focused mindsetSelf-starter with the ability to take initiativeProfessional, engaging, and positive communication styleExcellent time management and multitasking skillsAdaptable and comfortable working with changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsComfortable working with ambiguity and evolving processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailTeam player who can also work independentlyConfident working in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with IT systemsStrong computer navigation and typing skillsProfessional email etiquetteSAP or ERP system experience is a strong advantagePrevious customer service experience preferred (healthcare industry an advantage but not essential)For more information, please contact (email protected)
