Responsibilities
* Senior Consultant-level customer engagements on D365 CRM, Business Applications and client strategy.
* Deliver best in class, Microsoft focused, modern solutions to a wide variety of industries providing application modernisation & tangible business outcomes
* Provide technical leadership on client engagements and provide feedback around the evolution of the solution.
* Own technical design and delivery for client projects involving the MS Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate), and Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations
* Support D365 focused sales support, including estimating, high-level solution development, delivery strategy, and workshop delivery.
* Collaborate with business and strategy teams to unlock sales opportunities
* Provide technical training to customers technical resources.
* Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility.
* Provide support to technical support team
* Experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Data Analytics preferred.
* Experience in Microsoft Copilot / AI design & build preferred.
