Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment? We're looking for an
HR Manager
to lead and shape our people strategy across Ireland and the UK.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for employees and leadership alike — driving recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation to support our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Leading recruitment and talent acquisition for our Ireland and UK entities
* Acting as the first point of contact for all employee queries
* Designing, implementing, and embedding a full suite of HR policies and procedures
* Advising management on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development
* Partnering with senior leadership to support business objectives with people-focused solutions.
What we're looking for
* 10+ years' HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; UK HR experience highly desirable
* Multi-jurisdictional HR experience preferred
* A proactive, hands-on professional who can take initiative in an evolving environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
