Skill Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in managing complex programmes using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods.
* Strong background in commercial, financial, and risk management.
* Proven ability to manage programme profitability and ensure compliance.
* Leadership experience in managing teams and client relationships.
