Job Title – Sales Manager
Job Location – Co. Dublin
Salary – €50K - €55K plus package
Role Overview:
Our client here at Inform3 that are a family own company with strong experience and knowledge within the Food Manufacturing sector are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
You will be involved in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and to conduct and establish a relationship with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales summaries.
* Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
* Liaise with Managing Director to ensure brand consistency.
* Sending weekly reports to Wholesalers and conducting weekly order calls to Wholesalers, sales representatives and end users.
* Complete calls sheets for each customer and document conversations including any relevant market information provided.
* Complete a daily report sheet for the Managing Director.
* Monitor any developments with competition and report findings where necessary.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience working within sales in food manufacturing sector.
* Knowledge of Sage software and Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Good customer service expertise with excellent negotiation skills.
* Strong communication and team management skills.
* Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
* Flexibility to travel - covering Leinster, Northern Ireland, North West and South West but primarily based Leinster (Dublin) region.
* Clean Drivers’ License.
