We are seeking a professional to lead the customer success journey, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
This role involves building strong relationships with paid media professionals, performance marketers, and agency leaders across your book of business. You will be responsible for leading onboarding, platform training, and enablement on our products and policies.
As a performance marketing consultant, you will offer best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience in gaming, casino, or gambling verticals is a plus.
Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, leading upsell/expansion conversations, and partnering with sales on renewals. You will also represent the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, sales, and compliance teams to improve our offerings.
Additionally, you will proactively monitor account health and campaign performance, stepping in early to resolve issues. Your goal will be to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction by delivering tailored strategies that align with customer goals.
Requirements include 1-2 years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management in a digital advertising, SaaS, or agency environment. You must have hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; certifications are a plus.
A commercial mindset with a track record of influencing retention, upsell, or expansion revenue is essential. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also required.
Empathy and curiosity are key qualities, as you will need to understand your customers' businesses and help them win. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a bonus.
Experience with regulated or high-risk verticals (e.g., gaming, crypto, gambling) is a plus. Occasional travel may be required to meet key customers or attend events.
