Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, industrial, and public sector markets. Proactively generate and develop sales leads through networking, research, cold outreach, and industry engagement to build a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, site managers, project buyers, and procurement teams. Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential new sectors for growth. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations in coordination with operations and logistics teams. Attend industry trade shows, client meetings, and site visits to promote Cabinpac Hire offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, field sales, or account management ideally in construction, plant hire, or modular buildings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset. Full driving license (field-based travel will be required). Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Desirable: Knowledge of temporary accommodation solutions, portable cabins, or modular buildings.
