Executive Assistant
Crown is a leading international building envelope contractor delivering high-tech, mission-critical projects across Europe.
We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, and resilient Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and drive coordination across the business.
This is a high-impact role at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performance environment, offering direct exposure to senior leadership and involvement in key business priorities.
The Role
Working closely with directors, you will play a central role in coordinating internal projects, maintaining momentum across priorities, and ensuring actions are delivered across multiple departments.
This role is focused on managing tasks, timelines, and follow-through rather than managing people.
You will act as a key point of coordination across teams, ensuring accountability, removing bottlenecks, and keeping initiatives on track.
Alongside this, you will provide core Executive Assistant support, including diary, travel, and inbox management, while anticipating needs and ensuring directors are prepared, informed, and kept aligned and on track across key priorities.
This is a hands-on role requiring pace, sound judgement, and a high level of ownership.
The role also requires a high degree of trust, discretion, and flexibility, and will include occasional ad hoc Personal Assistant duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal projects and track progress across departments
Ensure consistent follow-through on actions and priorities
Act as a central point of coordination to maintain momentum on key initiatives
Manage directors' diaries, schedules, and competing priorities
Coordinate travel and detailed itineraries
Manage and prioritise email inboxes
Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and documentation
Support meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues
Provide ad hoc administrative and occasional Personal Assistant support
Candidate Profile
Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong focus on coordination, task management, and delivery
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging across all levels
Able to follow up effectively and hold stakeholders accountable
Excellent written communication skills
Proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused
Commercially aware, with strong judgement and discretion
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant third-level qualification desirable, but not essential
Experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
Background in executive support, coordination, or operations
Location & Requirements
Full, clean driving licence required
Primarily office-based in Roundwood, County Wicklow
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Flexibility required to meet the demands of the role
