We're looking for an expert in automation engineering to join our team and help us drive innovation in the medical device sector. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and testing new equipment and automated systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in PLCs, vision systems, and equipment control, as well as excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for generating detailed specifications, designs, and documentation for new equipment and automated systems, and for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to required quality standards.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* A degree in Automation/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Software or related Engineering discipline
* At least 5 years of relevant experience working with automation systems and automated production equipment
* Excellent working knowledge of PLCs, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, GE Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Toshiba
* Hands-on experience with HMI or SCADA programming and configuration
