The main focus will be on creating frameworks for Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organisational Design – including job architecture, grading, succession planning, and role specification. This involves building comprehensive guidelines that cater to the client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
* Develop frameworks for Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organisational Design
* Manage and oversee L&D metrics and reporting
* Coordinate data collection to create talent maps across the Group
* Assist in designing and delivering manager workshops on frameworks
Requirements:A strong understanding of job architecture, grading frameworks, succession planning, and talent mapping is essential. A relevant Third-level business, HR or training qualification is also necessary.
