We are presently recruiting for a Head of Strategy and Sales for our clients in County Kerry. As Head of Strategy, you will be instrumental in defining long-term business goals, analysing market trends and identifying Sales and growth opportunities. Working with company CEO, you will develop strategic plans, align company objectives, and drive innovation. You will have a proven record in optimising operations and positioning of companies to deliver sustainable success with additional investments. This is a full-time position based in office in County Kerry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and growth initiatives.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.Drive strategic planning processes, aligning business objectives with financial goals.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business models, investments, and expansion plans.Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new revenue streams.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance competitive positioning.Drive sales performance and revenue expansion.Identify market opportunities and competitive trends.Build and maintain key client relationships.Align sales objectives with corporate strategy.Lead cross-functional teams for business success.Key Requirements:5+ years Proven experience in a strategic, senior leadership position.Expertise in market analysis, business transformation, and financial modelling.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to lead and influence at the executive level.Remuneration and performance related package is competitive and will be tailored based on experience, expertise, and strategic impact to attract and retain top leadership talent.
