Enterprise Sales Consultant – Technology Staffing & Solutions
We are seeking a high-performing, commercially driven Enterprise Technology Solutions Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across multiple industry sectors. This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, technology recruitment, and advisory services, partnering with senior client stakeholders to deliver tailored workforce and project-based solutions.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders (including CIOs and CTOs), supporting them in executing technology strategies, scaling teams, and delivering critical IT transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Hunter Sales & Contractor Expansion)
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across enterprise clients, with a strong focus on IT staffing and project-based solutions
Drive the expansion of contractor headcount within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to embed additional talent across ongoing and new technology initiatives
Build and execute account growth strategies aimed at increasing on-site presence and long-term contractor engagements
Partner with client stakeholders to anticipate upcoming projects, workforce gaps, and transformation programmes, positioning tailored contractor solutions in advance
Develop scalable delivery models that enable the deployment of individual contractors or full project teams into client environments
Own the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation, deal closure, and ongoing expansion
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on contractor margin growth and utilisation
Leverage market insight and industry trends to identify new areas for contractor deployment within client organisations
Technology Recruitment & Solutions Delivery
Lead the design and delivery of recruitment and project-based solutions, including:
Permanent and contract placements
Project teams and on-site delivery models
Collaborate closely with internal resourcing teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery
Maintain a strong understanding of current and emerging IT trends, skillsets, and market dynamics
Client Engagement & Account Management
Manage and develop a portfolio of enterprise clients across diverse sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and other C-suite leaders
Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on workforce planning, talent strategy, and IT project delivery
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders including resourcing teams, service delivery managers (SDMs), on-site managers, and account managers
Ensure seamless delivery and high levels of client satisfaction across all engagements
Contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings and delivery models
Key Requirements
Proven track record in technology recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions
Strong “hunter” sales mentality with demonstrated success in winning new business
Experience managing and growing enterprise-level client accounts
Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project delivery models
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Solutions-oriented mindset with strong advisory and consultative selling skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
Highly collaborative, with experience working across multiple internal teams
