Strategic Salesforce Position
The company seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to drive strategic initiatives within the Credit domain. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for enforcing best practices and platform guidelines, leading and mentoring the Salesforce technical team, owning the technical design and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, and driving ongoing enhancements to the Salesforce Credit Engineering function.
Key Responsibilities
* Enforce Platform Guidelines: Establish and maintain best practices across the organization.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Salesforce technical team, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
* Technical Design & Delivery: Own the technical design and implementation of scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to the Salesforce Credit Engineering function.
Requirements
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Salesforce Flows.
* Proficient in Salesforce Integration Patterns and APIs.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
