Contract Management Leader
As a seasoned professional in contract management, you will have the opportunity to lead our team and drive commercial success. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of project schedules, coordination of multiple site and project managers to ensure alignment, and upholding health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all sites.
* Implementation of cost and value management procedures, providing timely and accurate commercial reporting to senior leadership, and acting as the company's lead on all contractual matters.
* Guidance and training on contract management practices to project teams, contributing to the development and enforcement of company policies, and driving procurement efficiency and supply chain performance.
* Identification of underperforming projects, development of corrective action plans, and provision of constructive operational feedback, as well as championing cost reduction and process optimisation across all project areas.
Requirements:
* A degree or trades qualification, with over 6 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects within main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, deliver results under pressure, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.
