Job Summary:
A Financial Operations Coordinator is required to support senior accountants with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts preparation in a dynamic Accountancy practice. The successful candidate will maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, process invoices, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, and assist in preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements.

* Communicate with clients regarding queries and required documentation
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal procedures
* Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and submit payroll information as required
* Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders in a professional manner
* Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
Requirements:
Prior experience in a practice environment is essential. CPA/ACCA/ACA/AAT qualified or working towards a relevant accounting qualification is also necessary. Additionally, the ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word is expected. Excellent attention to detail is a must.
