Our customer, a leading global technology organisation is seeking 2–3 Junior Commercial Lawyers to join its legal team on an initial 3-month contract. Based in Dublin, these roles will support the business on a range of general commercial legal matters, working closely with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day legal support on a broad range of commercial mattersReview, draft, and negotiate standard commercial agreements (often template-based)Support internal stakeholders with contract queries and general legal guidanceAssist with contract management processes and documentationWork collaboratively with senior lawyers on ongoing projects and transactionsEnsure compliance with internal policies and applicable lawsKey RequirementsQualified lawyer with approximately 1–4 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)Experience in general commercial contracts and advisory workStrong drafting and contract review skillsAbility to manage a high volume of work efficientlyGood stakeholder management and communication skillsAvailable to start at short notice
