Sales Representative - Operating Room
Job Overview
The role involves working with the OR Team across the complete OR product portfolio to increase sales revenue and profitability, drive new business, coordinate and carry out product trials, support existing business, and educate customers on new market trends & products in conjunction with the OR Sales team.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and profitability across the OR product range.
* Identify and drive new business development opportunities and commercial leads.
* Conduct product trials and provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
* Deliver clinical education and training on products and market trends.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital decision-makers.
* Provide consistent, high-quality customer service and technical support.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve business targets.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or a Clinical field.
* Sales experience preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with operating theatre procedures and environments in Ireland is a plus.
* Full, clean driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
