Strategic Learning Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Learning Leader to spearhead our organisation's learning strategy and support the development of a skilled, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the organisation's Learning & Talent Development Strategy.
* Design and deliver leadership programmes, coaching supports, and competency-based career pathways.
* Oversee blended learning solutions, mandatory training, induction, and digital learning tools.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education & Training, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. They will also have at least 7 years' senior experience leading learning and development in a complex organisation, ideally in health, disability, or human services.
