Role Overview
We are seeking a fully qualified Psychologist or accredited Mental Health Professional, recognized by a professional body such as PSI, IACP, BPS, APCP, or an equivalent organization, to join Zevo Health as a Wellbeing Specialist.
In this role, you will support a portfolio of Zevo Health's corporate clients, delivering individual and group wellbeing interventions, psychoeducational workshops, and on-site mental health support.
You will play a key role in promoting emotional resilience, identifying early signs of distress, and supporting the psychological wellbeing of employees, particularly those working in Trust & Safety and other high-intensity environments.
You will be working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, where adaptability, cultural awareness, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
This is a hybrid role that requires attendance on client sites as required.
While the position is mainly daytime-based, flexibility is required to support bank holidays or adjusted shift patterns to ensure coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Individual one-to-one intervention
Conduct one-to-one wellbeing sessions, incorporating brief intervention models such as CBT and third wave CBT (DBT, ACT etc), as well as non-clinical approaches including coaching and skills-based support.
Respond to urgent wellbeing needs, providing same-day support where required.
Apply a trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based techniques to support coping, emotional regulation, and decision-making.
Assess and manage risk, escalating safeguarding or clinical concerns appropriately in line with organizational policies and governance.
Maintain professional boundaries, adhering to ethical standards, confidentiality, and best practice guidelines.
Group Sessions
Facilitate group wellbeing interventions, including psychoeducational workshops and peer support sessions.
Tailor content to meet the specific needs of each group, drawing on feedback from team leads and wellbeing insights.
Deliver sessions virtually, with flexibility to deliver in person as required.
Training & Development
Design and develop engaging workshop materials and psychoeducational content to support wellbeing and resilience initiatives.
Create new content tailored to organizational needs, incorporating evidence-based approaches and relevant psychological frameworks appropriate for different layers of the organization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all materials align with Zevo Health's standards, values, and client objectives.
Monitoring & Communication
Actively monitor and respond to direct communications from individuals across designated platforms, including email and other approved communication tools.
Maintain a professional, supportive, and timely response protocol.
Documentation & Data Entry
Complete all administrative tasks that support facilitation, including topic summaries and session tracking.
Record qualitative and quantitative insights to support engagement monitoring and continuous improvement.
Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational data protection and confidentiality standards.
Scheduling & Availability
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Operations, to coordinate and schedule sessions effectively.
Manage time proactively to balance session delivery, engagement activities, and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Level 9 Master's degree from a recognized and accredited institution in either Clinical Counselling, Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
Minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience in mental health, preferably with diverse clinical populations, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
Psychologists require minimum graduate membership of Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
Psychotherapists require full accreditation from a relevant body such as Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) or equivalent.
Strong presentation and group facilitation skills, delivering onsite and virtually.
Demonstrated ability to engage clients and build relationships.
Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Prior experience working in a corporate setting is an asset.
Prior experience working with Trust and Safety professionals is an asset.
Complete CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements and be able to provide evidence if required.
